You sprinkle just a couple of drops onto your pillow/sheet/duvet cover and breathe deeply to inhale the scent. It has natural relaxant properties and it worked for me!
You could also have a bath or shower before bed using lavender scented bubble bath or shower gel as well as this will begin the relaxation process before you get into bed and use the Lavender oil.
I'm told that puttng an amethyst crystal under you pillow helps with sleep too, and yes I've tried that one too, but only in conjunction with the lavender.

What have you got to lose by trying it??

I hope this helps you, hun. Good luck. xoxoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1650569269425389350.post-27984952362218480832012-07-16T22:38:00.787-04:002012-07-16T22:38:00.787-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02240333885775831424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1650569269425389350.post-75422926922450806182012-07-16T13:23:07.164-04:002012-07-16T13:23:07.164-04:00I feel you on this one.
